Completely rebuilt 24-volt 45-amp alternator for the Caterpillar 320D, 320DL, and 325D excavators. Each unit is completely disassembled and rebuilt with new rotor windings, stator windings, full-wave bridge rectifier, voltage regulator, brush assembly, front and rear bearings, and internal fan. The rebuilt alternator is load-tested at 100% capacity on a dedicated alternator test bench before shipping.
